Concierge is a private, single-user personal assistant. It is not a commercial service, it is not offered to the public, and it has exactly one user: its operator, who is also its owner. There is no sign-up and no way for anyone else to use it.
It processes WhatsApp messages exchanged between the operator and the service's own WhatsApp Business number, together with the technical metadata WhatsApp attaches to them, such as message identifiers and timestamps.
Message handling happens on a private server controlled by the operator. The service keeps a local activity log of messages received and replies sent, so the operator can audit what the assistant did. Nothing is kept on third-party infrastructure by this service.
Messages necessarily pass through WhatsApp and Meta, which operate the messaging platform and handle the data under their own terms. Message content may also be sent to an artificial intelligence provider in order to generate replies. No data is sold, and none is shared for advertising or with any other third party.
The operator can delete the activity log and any stored state at any time, and does so at their own discretion. Because there are no other users, there are no third-party data subjects to make requests.
